“Greetings,My name is Chris and I have to send out recognition towards one of your staff at your Kingston, Ontario at 1365 Midland ave.So I was driving from Brampton m, On to back home in Lakeville Corner, NB. I was pulling my boat and unexpectedly I had thrown a wheel bearing. I tried every garage to see if they could fix it and all turned me away because it’s snow tire season and they couldn’t accommodate me. So I limped into the parking lot of the Action truck store, and seeked advice from the desk team member “Ryan”. This guy literally saved my hide. He started running through potential places to repair my trailer, and lo and behold he found me not 1 but 2 places that were willing to sort out my repair. Of all the garages I tired, not 1 could lend advice. Myself as a veteran have witnessed small signs of care and dedication from strangers but Ryan impressed me incredibly and I wanted the leadership at Action to know the value of this employee’s customer service. Simply put, Ryan went out of his way to help a stranger and definitely showed dedication to his pride of work and his dedication to his organization.P.s. the photo is of the fellow who gave up his lunch to help another out. I have also left them a 5 star review.Best wishes and have a happy holiday season.”
