Dianne was incredibly sweet as she pulled ring after ring out for me to try. It was like having a best friend along with me. Coming back with my husband another day, we then benefitted from Glen's expertise as we discussed the more technical aspects of diamond shopping. His exacting standards, thoroughness, and high customer IQ told us we'd come to the right place. I was able to find a ring that perfectly complemented my original wedding band and Glen helped us to choose a spectacular diamond. In terms of timing, I chose my ring on Tuesday, Glen sourced a diamond for our approval the very next day, and by Friday my ring was ready for pick up. Every step of the way, Glen and Dianne shared in our happiness as if we'd known each other for years. “I should have written this review ages ago, but better late than never. I wanted to give props to Peter, Natasha, and their team at Frontenac Jewellers. I originally went here several years ago just to get a watch sized, and I have been going back ever since. Besides the fact they do great work, I am particularly impressed by the fact that this business has been operating in Kingston since 1946, (This information is available on their webisite under the subcategory, About.) To think that this business has been around essentially 80 years is mind boggling, but if you go there, you'll understand why. The staff are pleasant, professional, and their work is top notch. They are located in downtown Kingston, so it may take a few minutes to find a parking spot, but trust me, it's well worth it. You will also be supporting a legitimate, locally owned business, not one of the jewelry chain stores that are prevalent in the local shopping mall. Personally, I go here to get my watches serviced, but a quick look at their website will show that their services extend far beyond watches.”

I admittedly was a difficult client as I changed my mind a few times and was very picky however Armen brought in new stones for me at least four times and listened closely to what I wanted while being mindful of my budget. I had London topaz earrings made and just gifted them and they looked exquisite and the recipient put them on and wore them for hours.
