“Great shop. Dennis is an amazing man. He really cares about his customers. Honest and hard working and always pleasant. My most recent repairs were done speedily for $500. A Volkswagon dealer would charge me at least $2,000 and take 3 or 4 days to do the work. I am beyond happy.”
“Readily will help you or get help for you. Friendly mechanics and you can feel at ease stopping by anytime. Very very honest, transparent and reasonably priced without pressure, upselling or price gouging. I feel confident recommending them to anyone I know. Mechanics seem passionate about helping others as much as they are about their job. No waiting area but its more of a drop off and go then pick up later kind of shop. There is a key drop off.
After being to a few other shops nearby this is now my mechanic shop of choice by far.

These guys don't. They're honest, and when they point something out, they're right -- I missed it (or was already questioning it myself.)

“I always brought my vehicle to K&E whenever I had an issue with it. Hands down the best service which is why I never choose to go anywhere else, whenever I would call or go in they were always very nice. Always gave me their opinion on what would be the best choice for what needed to be done on the vehicle. When they thought it was time to move onto a new vehicle (due to too many repairs on an older vehicle) they let me know, and even gave me a recommendation for where I could bring it to scrap/sell (This recommendation gave me the best offer for what I could get back on my vehicle). “Garrison Automotive has always provided me with great service but I was even more impressed with my last visit. I took my vehicle in for rear brake service. I dropped the car off in the evening and was notified early the next morning that the work was complete and that there would be no charge for pads or rotors under the goodwill warranty plan. I fully expected to pay for labour charges when I picked the car up but was informed there were no charges at all. I was truly surprised and I can't say enough good things about this business. Thanks again for exceptional service.”
