“I can’t recommend 2480 Autos enough! I knew my Jeep was in good hands from the start. I was involved in a hit and run, and they were quick to assess the damage. But the service was amazing, came at 9:30, left at 10:05. Friendly lady at the desk. They clean the car before undercoating, which is probably expected but so you know if you had a doubt.
Price is not a surprise, it's as it was said and written in their desk.
I called early December and only had an appointment only early January, so don't be like me and call a lot earlier if you want it done in December.”
“This business is very honest and the owner does an awesome job with customer service. I have been going here for a while and can say these guys know what they are doing and do an awesome job . If you want a very honest and reasonably priced place look no farther, this is your garage. Give them a try you will not be disappointed. Last thing I just wanted to address that review with two one stars for the same incident and same person that’s shady, you have to be kidding me. People this is common sense which isn’t common anymore when you drop off your vehicle go inside and tell them your here they are not mind readers they are busy getting people cars to other people in a timely manner. They do not have time to go out looking for cars that have an appointment that don’t check in call them it takes a second or I believe they have a drop for keys. Take responsibility for your actions, not blame other people for pure incompetence.To try and hurt a business with bad reviews is ridiculous. I have been going to a former garage for over 30 years but now I go mostly here why because they are that good. They have over 2000 verified reviews on sure critic all 5 stars and other places like car fax 5 stars go in bring your car in it will be in great hands.”

“I bought a car and a week later it had a major problem they fixed it in about 3 hours. I had it back in the shop a week later for something really minor and they fixed that in less than an hour and had me out the door. Completely satisfied.
on today's date September 29th 2025, brought my car in for a diagnostic a complete fix for the problem next week! Again completely satisfied,... Had an issue with the same car covered by warranty had to bring it in in both December and January to completely fix the problem but both times they were super professional and got me out as soon as possible...
Update:
Lol, it's March 16th and I made an appointment a week ago to bring my car in to have it checked out,(there seems to be an ongoing issue), they had me ready to go out the door in a couple hours. And that was with a completely packed waiting area, Brandon handled my service and was excellent as was his work,. Mike g sat down with me and talk to me and made me feel welcome, an 11 on a scale of 1 to 10. Highest of compliments. I left with my car in great shape and a smile on my face”
“Stopped here a few weeks back after something started dragging under our brand new SUV while traveling south on 90 from Rochester to Pittsburgh. I was terrified because we had our 10 month old with us. Folks were SO kind and courteous. Gentleman looked under the car, saw what the cause was (very simple issue), and reattached the part for no charge. Very impressed and sincerely grateful!”

“This is Amira I need a repair done on my truck and he was able to fix it in 2 days. He's an excellent mechanic I've been going to him for a while every time he fixes on my truck he does it right I have no problems when I leave the shop.. So if y'all need repairs done to your vehicle you should go to Moe's mechanic shop on 339 North Ogden Street excellent mechanic his customer service is excellent really nice person. Thanks to my sister Anisa, she referred me to him and she's been going to for a while too his shop and she's never had a problem with his work.. I think he's the best mechanic out there.”
