Nick and the crew here are always enthusiastic about solving any issues that I come in with, as well as simpler things like inspection or swapping out a tire. They've been very helpful with diagnosing and fighting to solve an issue with my hybrid vehicle, while being very reasonable on pricing and time-frame. I recently took my wife's car for an alignment at a another "reputable" shop and they tried to overcharge for a needed repair. Fast Lane did the repair for half the cost while using OEM parts. Who knows what parts the other shop would have used.”

“This location is no longer called first Klass mufflers, it is now called Executive Automotive Design. I was in need of a full exhaust repair. The service was really good and surprisingly very fast. They explained the problems that they found, and offered a few options. There really isn't a waiting room, but you can sit inside the office/register area. You may even feel better off just leaving your vehicle, and come back when the work is all done. I will be back again.”
