“I was worried prior to check in that it wasn't going to be the best hotel but I was pleasantly surprised. Front desk staff was great during check in and out. The onsite restaurant has great food and excellent wait staff. Incredible lakefront view.Will take again if I'm ever in Fort Frances.”

“A month ago, we stayed here on our way to a fishing trip because we stayed here before and it was good. We got there and the doors were locked, so we would have to call a number on the door. Our phones said "couldn't call because it was an international number, so we had to get ahold of someone back home to call the number. Happily, the manager was nice enough to come to the hotel and check us in, which we found out the lobby wasn't open during evenings at this time due to staffing shortages, which I do understand. But other than that, it was still a good experience this time, and I do recommend. Nothing fancy, but something to get you through the night when crossing the border for a fishing trip.”

“The front desk staff were wonderful and welcoming. The beds and pillows were wonderful, room was clean and comfortable. Washroom could have been a bit cleaner, and the hot tub could have been wiped down but I enjoyed the pool and hot tub regardless. Breakfast was good, had a fair selection.Rooms: Beds are comfortable and not hard. Three very soft pillows which made falling asleep easier. Nice TV and great TV Channel selection. Bathtub was a bit dirty, but not that bad.Nearby activities: Very close to McDonalds, Boston Pizza, Pizza Hut and others.”
“Literally searched the cheapest place to sleep for the night, for the price of the room I was expecting a dump, wrong! My sister is staying at another place and payed double the price and our room is way nicer! So clean, everything is updated and the customer service is on point!”
