Mark at Apple Storage was extremely helpful in assisting us with two rental units. The units are clean and easily accessible. The snow was always cleared away from the entry door. “Best storage rental I have ever used. The staff were all SUPER friendly, prices were reasonable and they managed to find me the perfect space in a pinch. The whole facility was SPOTLESS and indoors, with a drive-in capability which helps when loading up on rainy days. They also have a neat system to help you remember which hall your locker is!

“So this is a a bit of a ‘reverse’ review— a while back I might have rated fewer stars because of hours of operation that weren’t very convenient for me, but I upgraded to five. This is why: they are a small, local-owned business who take care to interact with their customers in a respectful, personalized way. When it comes to business hours there’s no way for a family business to compete with big companies AND also have decent balance between work and personal time.The facility is in good shape— in the year I rented I perceived zero evidence of moisture, pests, or anything else of concern. They host a collection of U-Haul moving vehicles and accessories, which is a convenient tie-in for someone in between housing situations.Overall, I recommend Parkhill Storage, and would go back there if the need arose!”
