“They under promised and overdelivered and got the exact SUV I needed for my family long trip. I needed a 6 seater and requested a Mazda QX- 90 and I checked everywhere. I was told that its all booked due to being a very busy weekend but this location was also honest and they said most likely be getting a van but somehow Reggie managed to get me a Mazda QX-90 and took care of me. I walked 35 minutes to get my SUV and Ritak advised they have shuttle service. When I went to return my rental I cleaned, vacuumed and basic detailed the car do to my mess and some previous existing hidden mess and Reggie and Ritak took care of me and appreciated my service.

They also arranged a shuttle even past the shuttle service time slot so thanks Rae for that shuttle ride back with good conversations.
