“Samilia Quarshie and her team at the Enterprise Rent-A-Car branch on Aerowood Drive in Mississauga provided some of the most compassionate, exceptional customer service I have ever experienced. Traveling into town for my uncle’s funeral made this an already difficult and emotionally taxing trip. When I arrived, the luxury SUV I had originally booked had an unexpected mechanical issue with the door handle and could not be safely released. Instead of treating it like a standard transaction or leaving us in a bind, Samilia immediately stepped up as Branch Manager to put us first. She went above and beyond to find a seamless, accommodating alternative that met every need for our family, ensuring we were not delayed. Beyond her swift problem-solving, her warmth, sincere condolences, and human touch made a world of difference during a tough week. She even remembered us personally when we returned the vehicle days later. Having someone handle an unexpected disruption with that degree of grace, efficiency, and empathy is rare. Samilia is an outstanding leader, and Enterprise is exceptionally lucky to have her representing their brand. Having someone navigate an unexpected disruption with that degree of grace, efficiency, and empathy is extraordinarily rare. We will unquestionably be booking directly through here on every future trip, and we will be enthusiastically recommending this specific location to all of our family and friends visiting the greater Toronto area. Samilia is a stellar leader, and Enterprise is exceptionally fortunate to have her representing their brand.”
“The team at the Erin Mills location (Woodchester) in Mississauga was amazing! They are super efficient, friendly and helpful. The whole process from pickup to return was a breeze. Kudos to both Hannah and Laxman for exceptional service”
“Absolutely Exceptional Service – Far Exceeded Expectations! I was initially a bit hesitant about renting a vehicle here, but after being referred by a local auto shop, I am so incredibly glad I chose Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Mississauga. I found myself in a really difficult situation after being in a car collision. My original vehicle required extensive repairs and was stuck in the shop. I was incredibly stressed, trying to figure out how I would handle my daily responsibilities, get to my doctor appointments, and manage my routine. From the second I walked in, they completely turned my situation around. They provided me with unbeatable pricing that was significantly lower and much more affordable than standard rates. Not only did they give me a fantastic deal, but they also upgraded me to a better, more reliable vehicle than expected! The car itself was absolutely beautiful, spotlessly clean, and drove like a dream. What truly sets this location apart is the staff. They are genuinely kind, empathetic, and personable. Knowing my circumstances, they went completely above and beyond to support me. They even offered me an extra extension on my rental for almost no cost at all, giving me total peace of mind while my car was being fixed. Thanks to their exceptional support and flexibility, I was able to comfortably take care of all my daily needs and get to my medical visits without any added stress. I am deeply grateful for their help and couldn't be happier. If you are looking for an honest, reliable, and truly compassionate car rental service in Mississauga, look no further. Five stars all around!”
“We have been using this location for rental vehicles for the last few months and the service is great and very reasonable rental pricing. Easy to book vehicles online, great selection of vehicles some being brand new at times. The customer service is always wonderful, service with a smile. Subhan Zahid most recently assisted with our return and he was a pleasure to deal with. We already have two more bookings with Advantage coming up.”
“I had a great experience at Enterprise Streetsville, thanks to Brandon. He was extremely friendly, helpful, and took the time to recommend the Genesis GV70, which turned out to be a great choice. I really enjoyed driving the car and appreciated Brandon’s help throughout the process. Great customer service and a very positive experience overall. Highly recommend Brandon!”
“My experience with Enterprise was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. Everything was excellent, and I genuinely enjoyed the entire experience. The vehicles were in excellent condition, felt safe and reliable, and were modern, like brand-new cars. They drove incredibly smoothly, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable and comfortable. What stood out the most was the exceptional customer service. Everyone was welcoming, professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful. It’s refreshing to receive service that makes you feel valued and appreciated as a customer. Everything was smooth, convenient, and stress-free from beginning to end. I truly appreciate the entire Enterprise team for providing such a wonderful experience. “I recently rented an Audi A4 through Enterprise and had an outstanding experience, thanks in large part to Nishant. From the moment I reached out, he was incredibly responsive — always returning my calls promptly and making sure I never felt like I was chasing anyone down for answers. What really stood out was how attentive Nishant was throughout the entire rental. He took the time to address all of my questions with patience and care, and it was clear he genuinely wanted to make sure everything went smoothly. That kind of personal attention is rare and made a real difference. If you're renting from Enterprise, I highly recommend asking for Nishant. He's the kind of person who makes you feel like a valued customer from start to finish. Thank you, Nishant — I'll absolutely be coming back!”

“Great service. I'm only base tier Emerald Club but was allowed to pick from executive aisle vehicles. Booked intermediate size car and drove away with a premium! Only 1,200kms on the Maxima I took. Nice and clean! Agent had to update my profile with address and credit card and did it quickly and was friendly.”
“I am completely satisfied with the service of Platinum Car rental. Every car which I rented was in good condition. Almost all luxury cars are also available. This is the 6th time I am renting a car. The contracts are also customer friendly. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking forward to rent a car.”
“Very friendly professional staff, fast service. The staff at Heartland location are knowledgeable with their vehicles and aim to please each customer. I would definitely use them again.”
“It is completely disheartening as to the false complaints I've read in some of the other reviews on here. It is impossible of there being any "hidden costs" or "unnoticed expenses". During my 12 passenger van rental, I was explained the expenses and fees I would be paying for my trip and had to initial on the agreement before proceeding any further. I'm sure this is standard practice with all of their customers.”
“I have great experience with tiger car rental they have well maintained car and owner is very cooperative with everyone He have a friendly way of talking with clients”

“Great value for the price. I compared a few rental companies before booking and this one had the best rate for what I needed, and it held up what I was quoted online is what I actually paid. Pickup was quick, the staff explained everything clearly, and the car ran perfectly the whole trip. Highly recommend if you're looking for something reliable that doesn't break the bank.”

“Hey Anuj, I've got to thank this guy. I thought I lost my passport last December. Remember I used EZ airport parking? Well, I came back here two months later just to check if I had left it here, and guess what? I found it! It's still here, safe and sound. This saved me a lot of money and time. And their customer service is top-notch, man.”
“I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Carol at Lyons Towing in Mississauga and without a doubt it was the best customer service experience I have ever had. My step son had his car totalled (not his fault) and Carol guided us through the process of dealing with our insurer regarding the write-off and even provided us with a rental car (twice) at a very reasonable rate. Carol is an absolute pleasure top deal and made the unpleasant experience we were faced with completely seamless. Thank you so much Carol! Dave”
