“I cannot have asked for a better experience with renting a vehicle. I first used this location when I was involved in an accident and my insurance company set me up with a rental. That was all great, I loved the vehicle that I was set up with, but since my car was deemed a total loss, I needed to rent a vehicle the other day to get to an appointment. We have one vehicle at home, but my partner works shift work and unfortunately, was out of the house from 6am-7pm on the day I needed the rental, so I was going to have a hard time getting there and back.Youssef was so kind and offered to allow me to pick the vehicle up the evening before without charging me for a two day rental. That was nice enough on its own, but when I went to drop the vehicle off the next day and wasn't able to get a ride (my own fault, I should have asked when I booked the rental), Youssef was there again, along with Fatima his colleague, and they were kind enough to send me home in an Uber! I've experienced wonderful customer service both times using this location, and I'll absolutely come back to this location anytime I need a rental. Thank you so much!”

“It is completely disheartening as to the false complaints I've read in some of the other reviews on here. It is impossible of there being any "hidden costs" or "unnoticed expenses". During my 12 passenger van rental, I was explained the expenses and fees I would be paying for my trip and had to initial on the agreement before proceeding any further. I'm sure this is standard practice with all of their customers.”

“I got a rental from my company as my company car needed repairs. I am glad that the company chose you guys. Initially I spoke to Hari, and a Santa Fe was arranged for me, however I was offered a better car at no additional cost (Subaru Forester). I really enjoyed driving the same and was impressed by how clean your cars are. The car was booked for 3 days but I returned it the next day and I was only charged for 1 day. Another guy who checked the car for damages was also a gem of a person, forgot to ask his name though, but thanks. The guys at this facility are honest and very helpful. Would recommend and use you guys again.”

“We used this rental company for our trip to Florida. I had a great experience using them. Just some things to note. They are not located inside the MCO - Orlando Airport but have shuttle services that picks you up from the Airport to their destination. The shuttle service is on the ground level of MCO and is at parking spot 10,11,12 (I think). A lot of these companies have other DBA that they go by so sometimes it's confusing to determine which Shuttle company is the correct one however I can confirm that they have a shuttle under the company name. The facility is not too far from the airport. Only downfall is that they open at 5am so if you have an early am flight like we did at 6am - you don't have enough time to drop the rental off on the day of your departure.”
