“Rented 2 cars over 2 weeks & I have to say my first experience wasn't the best. The car wasn't the cleanest & there was a bit of a funny smell. Customer service also was slightly lacking.
But the second time could not have been better. Daniel Phan was brilliant. Gave us a nice car, checking it out properly, offered me the extra insurance & roadside assistance if needed, which wasn't offered the first time. Gave me his card in case we needed anything. He also helped me get WiFi so I could map my route.
Dealt with him on my return & again super customer service.
If you can, ask for Daniel. He's the man. Thank you for changing our experience with Enterprise into an ok one to outstanding.”

“Great service. I'm only base tier Emerald Club but was allowed to pick from executive aisle vehicles. Booked intermediate size car and drove away with a premium! Only 1,200kms on the Maxima I took. Nice and clean! Agent had to update my profile with address and credit card and did it quickly and was friendly.”

“It is completely disheartening as to the false complaints I've read in some of the other reviews on here. It is impossible of there being any "hidden costs" or "unnoticed expenses". During my 12 passenger van rental, I was explained the expenses and fees I would be paying for my trip and had to initial on the agreement before proceeding any further. I'm sure this is standard practice with all of their customers.”

“Zoom Car Rental is an absolute gem! Unlike many other rental companies, their phone lines are consistently available with little to no wait time, which already sets them apart.
Sammy, the agent who assisted me, he was professional, courteous, incredibly helpful, and impressively efficient. The entire process was smooth and completely hassle-free, from the complimentary airport shuttle pickup to the flexible drop-off time.
I rented a basic car for just over a week, and the price was nearly half of what the major rental chains charge. Honestly, I was expecting something very standard for that rate—but to my surprise, I was handed the keys to a brand new 2026 Hyundai Elantra with only 36 km on it! I was genuinely shocked and thrilled. It made my drive not only more comfortable but also far more enjoyable.
What stood out most was the transparency. Unlike some companies that hit you with hidden fees, Zoom was upfront about all charges, and everything was clearly explained.
