“Berna, from ADA Handmade Glass Beads and Jewellery, was wonderful to deal with. She created a beautiful, colourful bracelet for my mother-in-law's 80th birthday. She used 8 coloured glass beads she made herself, using colours I suggested because they are my mother-in-law's favourites, and strung them on a beautiful sterling silver gold plated chain. She added a creative touch of her own, that enhanced the overall look of the finished product. She correctly estimated the length of the chain based on a photo I sent her of my mother-in-law. And she had the finished bracelet ready for me to pick up at her studio earlier than I had expected. The price for all this was very reasonable. My mother-in-law loved the bracelet and treasures the fact that it was handmade specifically for her. All in all, fantastic customer service and beautiful work. I will definitely be buying more of Berna's pieces in future!”
