“Prompt service. Good staff. Ryder by default only replaces what's required to get you back on the road safely or unless you make specific request for something to be mechanically inspected or changed. No biggy but -1 star for that reason. Ryder Goshen Rd Fort Wayne is awesome!”
“Ron was the best customer service ambassador. He was polite and patient, when the vehicle I reserved did not come back on time, he went above and beyond to ensure I was able to get another vehicle to pick up my furniture. He explained the entire process and asked me if I had any questions and when I returned the vehicle, he ensured that his colleagues Raj took exta good care of me. The service was fast, pleasurable and their professionalism was polished. I will deffinately return to that location if I require another rental and I hope Ron will be my customer service representative again. He is a gem. Cheers”

“Dust in the cab that was on the dashboard could be cleaned up and due to covid and other pandamic issues it would be great if the steering wheel could be sanatuzed or basically cleaned.The lady that helped me when renting the truck was very nice and took her time to provide excellent customer service. There were very vocal people that were rude but she took her time to help me. Very impressed”
