“We rented one of the trucks for our move , and couldn’t have gone more smoother . The team here was very professional and kind . The representative that helped us was Mantaj , and he was amazing . He thoroughly explained and answered each little question we had , and ensured that we were comfortable during the whole process. The truck was very clean , inside out . Moving in general is such a stressful process , but having a variable like the moving truck go as smooth as it did definitely made the process feel so much easier. Thank you Penske , and thank you Mantaj for the great service .”
“5 PM on a Thursday before a long weekend and Thomas and the evening crew were able to change my alternator and make sure i was good to go that same night. Gave me peace of mind at the end of a stressful day.”
“Rajnit helped me make a decision of if I should use uboxes or storage, for now I’ll be renting storage. But she helped me figure out my next steps. I will be renting a one way truck to move my belongings after I store with U-Haul for a few months. I would’ve done ubox but I need to access units often! We love the help here”
“The lady who processed my reservation, her name is bubble. Very professional and accommodating. Helped us even when the system was down. Found us a solution to our problem in very quick time. She deserves a raise and promotion. Best customer service rep I have ever been in contact with.”

“The rental rate was incredibly affordable, compared to other companies. My truck was clean and well maintained, despite having higher mileage. The staff were easy to deal with, and were very friendly. I will definitely be back for future rental needs.”
