“I wanted to share my always positive experience at this location. This location out of all the ones I've been to is the most clean, organized and joy to not only shop in but to sell to. If you've sold bins here or shop here you must have encountered Shalley. She is spectacular. She makes it a pleasure to lug in your totes and do the whole process. She is kind with her endearing greetings and manners towards the customers. All those kind words go a long way, especially when you could be having a blah day and just getting through life. I've gone to some locations where I'm not pleasantly greeted or greeted at all, the environment can feel hostile for a seller. Once Upon A Child has always given me a pleasant experience. They also have found items for me from Instagram for years since having children and I have always appreciated that care and convenience. Shop here and sell here. You will see and feel a difference. Ive always felt this way about this store but today hit different and I want to really acknowledge the little meaningful things that can make a big difference.
