The other shops I contacted were either not very responsive or had fairly mixed reviews. “Got my vehicle back and amazing workmanship. Mauricio and his team have done an outstanding PPF of the entire vehicle. One has to go hunt for the PPF lines otherwise they are not visible. It takes an experienced professional to do this and Mauricio is that professional! By keeping us informed we were able to remove all articles of importance to our family. Without this headup the insurance agent would have had our vehicle towed when it was written off without prior notification.”

There were some scratches loose clips on bumber, but they fixed everything perfectly at a very reasonable cost. “Regarding work done on a 1995 Miata:
Persistent water leak .
After (literally), 4 plus weeks, Dan finally found the leak(s) . Tested and thus far no issues.
Received an early quote , but the work took considerably longer than expected.
The initial price was reasonable and that price was honoured after the work was completed.
Given the hours put into this , was expecting to pay more!
Hats off to Dan, Dean, the rest of the shop crew and front desk staff, who I had the pleasure to talk to throughout. Dan took the the time to explain the ongoing developments and showed me the issues and difficulties first hand.

“I recently brought my 2014 Prius Hybrid wiith 195,000in to ICS AutoBody to refurbish the hybrid. Moses is honest, thorough, methodological and knowledgeable in this niche hybrid cell replacement. Moses replaced all cells.
He kept the car over a period of several days. I returned a few days later where he again over several days rechecked everything to correct a glitch. I will be without hesitation a return customer.
Pricing is reasonable and fair. I had earlier gone toToyota on McArther and they were going to give me $1200 on a trade-in and subsequently be used for parts. Another Toyota dealer was going to replace battery at an exhorbotant cost and did not advise it was redur ished.
I am looking forward hitting 400,000k thanks to Moses at ICS.”

One small downside is that it is a little difficult to plan your schedule in advance when you don't have a fixed appointment (call the day before to go and deliver the car the next day) and you don't know precisely when we should go and take it back. This creates a logistical challenge when there is no one nearby to help. The codes provided to enter the contest to win $1,000 do not work which is disappointing. Thanks to the whole team :-).”
