The owner is always so friendly, kind, and helpful. When I recently had my tires changed, they noticed that there was a nail stuck in one of my tires and took care of it for me. I really appreciate how they pay attention to the little things and genuinely look out for their customers.

Grace arranged the test drive and walked me through all the details and terms of the purchase. What I appreciated most was that there was absolutely no pressure throughout the process. Everything was clearly explained, and there were no unnecessary add-ons or products pushed into the deal. I personally prefer to understand the actual price of the vehicle first, rather than having the quote filled with extra warranties or other products, so I really appreciated how straightforward everything was.

At some other dealerships, I had experienced salespeople or managers repeatedly asking things like, “Are you putting down a deposit today?” or saying that the price might be different if I came back next week. I never felt that kind of pressure at Carling Mazda.

I also had an older vehicle to trade in. Grace asked me what I was expecting for it, and of course I had done my research beforehand, so I already had a general idea of its trade-in and used-market value. At some other dealerships, after inspecting the vehicle, I had people point out every small issue and explain why they needed to deduct money before eventually giving me a much lower offer. I understand that negotiation is part of the process, but it can still feel uncomfortable—especially because I treated my old car almost like a friend after driving it for so long.

My experience at Carling Mazda was completely different. Grace spoke with the manager and came back with a very reasonable trade-in value without making the process feel negative or difficult. Even when I returned for the second time and was ready to make a deal, they still told me that I could take the offer home and think about it.

Because of that, I also felt comfortable being completely open with them about my budget. Ahmad, the manager, was great to work with as well, and we were able to reach an agreement very quickly.

Overall, it was a great car-buying experience. The pricing was clear, the trade-in process was fair, and most importantly, I never felt pressured into making a decision.

“I went to a few different local shops around Ottawa to get quotes and options for repairing the trunk on my 2017 Chrysler 300S. Most of the other shops gave me the immediate runaround—either quoting absurd out-of-pocket prices, offering half-measures that wouldn't last, or refusing to take the time to navigate the headache of third-party extended warranty claims.

He sourced a replacement decklid, had it prepped and painted in their booth to match my factory PX8 Pitch Black paint flawlessly, and carefully transferred all my OEM components—including my factory spoiler, backup camera, and internal latch wiring—without missing a single detail.

We were able to drive back after repair place in Nova Scotia secured things with zip-ties and Gorilla tape. We chose Frank & Guy Assured because we had repairs done there before and were very satisfied. Great job this time too, vehicle looks perfect. Loved the fact that we received updates regularly to let us know how things were progressing. Damage was more extensive than shown in the 'before' pictures. From the very start of the process everyone was super polite and helpful with the one handling my claim was Kriss. Kriss was very helpful and quick to find a replacement bumper free of charge too!

While my vehicle was in for repair communication was great, he let me know the stages of the repairs along the way and even went out of his way to point out another minor issue with my trunk and offered to take care of it for free as well. On top of that they took car of a little cosmetic issue on the hood per my request. Overall my experience at this location was amazing and I very much recommend going here.
