Sung and his team did a phenomenal job fixing my 3 series! Car and paint looks brand new and exactly what it looked like before my accident. I also got an aftermarket part painted by his team and he didn't charge me for it - saved me a lot of money on that as well. Will definitely be recommending his shop to friends and family.”

We dealt with Victoria throughout this repair and we really appreciated the twice weekly call to update us on the status of our vehicle. I did call twice and both times had very minimal wait times and even though I didn't end up speaking with Victoria, the staff were able to provide me with the information I needed. “Overall excellent experience. Not sure why there are reviews saying the receptionist personnel are rude? They were very pleasant and polite to me.Regarding the auto work: I had brought in my vehicle to get the rear bumper fixed through insurance - there were two large puncture holes right through the bumper and scratches all along the back corner from someone driving into it in a u-haul.When I got my car back, you couldn't even tell there had been damage before. They also cleaned my car inside and out - full detailing, and shined the tires, free of charge! This was a pleasant surprise because I had intended to do it soon. I also had a few scuff marks on my front bumper and it was slightly popped out of place from a separate incident which I'm assuming they took care of because that damage is gone.Would highly recommend.”
