“I would like to recommend Canada Car Storage because this business met and exceeded our expectations. Joe and his team members are reliable and professional. I really appreciated their exceptional service - in terms of accommodating our requests and meeting our specific needs. From the point of first contact until our vehicle was retrieved, I was impressed and relieved. They provide a trustworthy service.”

“It's in the name. This facility is truly spotless and stunning. From the amazing customer service and the experienced team (shout out Stephen for all his help) to the Air conditioning, drive through facility, and high attention to security, this place is the place to store your items if you are in the area. Hands down no better options in Ottawa. Big thanks again to Stephen and the rest of the team for the friendly and supportive nature they provided in my time of stress. 5/5! I will be back if I have any more storage needs in the future.”
“On July 10th, the team from Boyd Moving arrived on time and extremely eager to work. They were very professional, accommodating, polite and courteous. Each team member went above and beyond to make our moving experience as stress free and pleasant as possible. We were completely impressed by their eagerness to work. They are experts in this field of work. We want to thank Brandon, Richard and Brock for making this move a pleasant experience. We highly recommend Boyd moving! The Campbell family.”

“Professional onsite owner-operators are committed. Have never seen any mice, and never witnessed robberies. Facility is clean, colorful, easy to access, well secured, and used by many professionals. Prices and accessibility quite exceptional. I've been there for many months since fall of 2025. Father, daughter and son, with assistants working well together in favor of clients. Have not tried nearby car detailing operation, but prices comparable to other Ottawa Center providers.”
“I have used their services twice this month for moving large furniture and have to say they make the experience smooth, efficient and easy! Very pleasant experience overall and helpful, polite staff! Definitely would recommend.”

“Wonderful experience, it was very easy to rent a truck with mr Eric Berrauld he’s been kind and joyful, and even the system was was really good and fast i definitely recommend , thank you U-Haul and mr Eric!”
“The staff and owner are exceptional. Have been renting for a few years now from them and always great service and their trucks and trailers in good shape. The only issue I have is when returning after hours, the APP doesn't seem to work for Trailers, but I just take PICs and email them. They have never over charged me and seem to be okay with it.”
“Excellent experience at this U-Haul location. Pick-up and drop-off were quick and easy. Nick helped me out and offered friendly, prompt service and took the time to explain everything about the truck for an easy drive. Highly recommend.”

“I just moved into a unit here at this facility, and have been thoroughly impressed by the service and quality that I've experienced. Rene offered almost a personalized onboarding from end to end. He explained the ideal sizing requirements for my needs and offered the most competitive pricing I've seen. He even troubleshooted through some difficulties I encountered upon move in, proactively. Highly recommend this place! I'll be staying here a while.”
