About Capital Self Storage
Capital Self Storage offers affordable storage options with good value for money. The staff is friendly, helpful, and professional, providing excellent service for both storage and U-Haul rentals. Customers appreciate the patience and efficiency of the team, noting their willingness to assist with instructions and transactions. The storage units are located on the second floor of an older building, accessed via an old-style freight elevator, which customers find manageable. While the storage facility is not brand new and has limited open hours, many customers are satisfied with the overall service and prices. However, one customer experienced a negative incident involving theft, leading to disappointment and ongoing investigations. Despite this, the general impression is that the staff and pricing make Capital Self Storage a good choice for storage needs in Ottawa.
