Strange to say but the call centre was awesome. Real, competent people not reading scripts. Spoke to tow differnt agents, both great. Fast pick up at the warehouse.

Staff were friendly. Parking is out front but they may ask you to drive out behind to pick up the mattress. Note: Google maps has you drive through a parking lot just prior to arrival. You can trust it as it does work out but it is kind of surprising!
