“What an amazing experience from start to finish. We first went to Obasan for a tour of the showroom. In their showroom, Laila and Darlie explained the technology behind the mattress and the customization process. We then had a trial period in a private room to test the custom bed configuration. When it came to delivery, the service was exceptional. Chris and Preet were professional, efficient and had a great knowledge for the mattress setup. We’ve been having the best sleep of our lives. We have no hesitation recommending Obasan and we can’t thank you enough!”

“We had an excellent experience at Sleep Country on Merivale, and we especially want to recognize Rishi for his outstanding service. From the moment we walked in, Rishi was incredibly kind, patient, and welcoming. There was absolutely no pressure or rushing at any point. He took the time to really understand what we were looking for, explained everything in great detail, and clearly knows his products inside and out. What stood out most was how genuinely cared for we felt throughout the entire experience. We’re still debating which mattress we ultimately want to purchase, but Rishi did an incredible job making us feel confident and comfortable with our options and with shopping at Sleep Country. In our opinion, Rishi is a fantastic asset to Sleep Country, and we would be very happy to finalize our purchase with him. If you’re looking for someone who is knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in helping you find the right mattress, we highly recommend asking for Rishi. Thank you, Rishi, for such a great experience!”

“Melanie was great at asking the right questions and having me try the right mattresses. I ended up buying the first one she had me try! Bought two pillows as well as a mattress protector, I was able to take advantage of a Black Friday sale. I always like Mattress Mart because of their free delivery and removal of the old mattress. 4 weeks later and we are still so happy with our mattress!”

“Purchased love seat June 2 and delivery was to be in 3-4 months. It is now mid October and I cannot get anyone to reply to my requests about delivery date. Were very courteous and friendly while purchasing but after sales service it terrible. Have gone to Palliser with a complaint and maybe I will get something from them. La Detente has taken care of my situation with speed and to my satisfaction. I have had other experiences with this store and was always satisfied. I am now another satisfied customer.”
