“What an amazing experience from start to finish. We first went to Obasan for a tour of the showroom. In their showroom, Laila and Darlie explained the technology behind the mattress and the customization process. We then had a trial period in a private room to test the custom bed configuration. When it came to delivery, the service was exceptional. Chris and Preet were professional, efficient and had a great knowledge for the mattress setup.
We’ve been having the best sleep of our lives. We have no hesitation recommending Obasan and we can’t thank you enough!”

“Purchased love seat June 2 and delivery was to be in 3-4 months. It is now mid October and I cannot get anyone to reply to my requests about delivery date. Were very courteous and friendly while purchasing but after sales service it terrible. Have gone to Palliser with a complaint and maybe I will get something from them.
La Detente has taken care of my situation with speed and to my satisfaction. I have had other experiences with this store and was always satisfied. I am now another satisfied customer.”

“Staff were friendly. Parking is out front but they may ask you to drive out behind to pick up the mattress. Note: Google maps has you drive through a parking lot just prior to arrival. You can trust it as it does work out but it is kind of surprising!”
