“The pillow was a gift for my daughter so I can't comment on the pillow itself. But I would like to comment on the customer service. There was an issue with the delivery (a FedEx issue!). When I reached out to Obasan's customer service department, I received an immediate response and an offer to replace the pillow if it did not arrive. Fortunately, the pillow did arrive but I was extremely impressed with how Obasan handled everything. Thank yyou so much!”
