“Fantastic experience with Penske Ottawa location. The staff at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure my husband and I had everything we needed for our rental. We probably asked for 15 different accommodations to our reservation the two gentlemen at the front desk did everything in their power to deliver on every one. Also, they never once seemed annoyed with us, even when I know our requests were a bit much. They delivered on every front. This level customer service was what all Penske locations should strive for. I will 100% use Penske Ottawa truck rental for my future truck rental needs. :D”
“Went above and beyond the call of duty. Uncle Al, Paul and the younger Chinese man, all were more than friendly. They helped me move the items. This is something I would never have thought would happen.
These people deserve a BIG raise. They do more for customer comfort and cost. I will be recommending this location to EVERYONE.

“The staff and owner are exceptional. Have been renting for a few years now from them and always great service and their trucks and trailers in good shape. The only issue I have is when returning after hours, the APP doesn't seem to work for Trailers, but I just take PICs and email them. They have never over charged me and seem to be okay with it.”
