I have been very satisfied with Home Saving and am happy to recommend them .
Years ago I purchased a new furnace and air conditioner. The installation was quick and efficient .They are always fast to respond to any questions I have .
Most recently I had a thermostat issue that required a service call that they were able to schedule on a weekend day which was convenient for me .The technician Ansen came on time and fixed this problem perfectly.

Excellent experience end-to-end. Point-of-contact (Jay) was friendly and easy to understand.
Installer (Zhuang and colleague) were both professional and arrived quickly and did an excellent job on the installation and were both very friendly.

We are very pleased with the Home Savings team throughout the sales and installation process. When we encountered an issue with our hot water heater on Saturday morning, we reached out to several service providers before connecting with Mandy at Home Savings in the afternoon. She promptly addressed all our questions about product options, installation costs, and warranty details.
Thanks to her assistance, we were able to schedule the installation on Sunday with a Monday time slot. Technicians Ansen and Kevin arrived as scheduled and completed the work efficiently. They took the time to explain the features of the new hot water tank and provided us with maintenance tips we can handle ourselves.
We want to extend our gratitude to Mandy, Ansen, and Kevin for their prompt service and valuable advice. We hope that we can rely on them for any future needs - whether other products, services or warranty issues.
