“The store is smaller and doesn't offer a large selection to chose from however, its a great quixj ⁵place to stop for a quick treat/snack. Staff are always very friendly and welcoming.”

“Nice place to shop but a mistake in my view to close off the one end now everyone scrambles to one entrance and everyone parks at one spot. Was really nice to have your choice to what end you wanted to enter as its a big store.”
“Always a relief to shop here because of the lower prices than other stores. Also, they have less variety, so you tend to spend less and buy the "basics" only. The produce (and meat) isn't always as fresh as other stores, so you need to eat it quick or freeze it if you have something that spoils easily. Also be on the lookout for items like berries that are already rotten. Still, if you want a lower bill, this is the place to be!”
“The shelf layout feels a bit crowded, especially when the store is busy with many people and shopping carts. It becomes hard to move around comfortably. A more spacious design would greatly improve the shopping experience and overall convenience.”
“Mid sized grocery store in the mall. But on the pricy side for some things (veggies mainly) but over all pretty good selection, and friendly staff. Also has a coffee shop (country style?) with some food items to go.”
“I had a great experience at Chris’s Independent. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made the shopping experience easy and pleasant. The store was clean, well organized, and fully stocked. You can really tell they care about their customers and the community. I would definitely recommend shopping here. Only down fall is that when I purchase the ready made fruit it always turns out to be rotten and it does nit matter how much I examine the product.ugh just be careful.”
“We won a couple 25 gift cards from the Sudbury Wolves and Ed us who we dealt with to use them and he was amazing for us. We asked for a variety to try and he was spot on picking for us.”
“Been shopping here for over ten years(owners have changed) but throughout that time I have only good things to say and things have improved along the way which is nice to see. Yes they might not be the most affordable option all around, but if you become a pc optimum member which is free and easy, you will save money on many items for example from 25 to often 50% off just by scanning your card/app at checkout.. Plus the points you accumulate translate to actual dollars you can spend in-store. The service has always been stellar in every department and even though a lot of their products might not be the lowest priced in town, I often find the freshness and longevity to be much better her so often the increased price is more than worth it(not sure how this fairs with produce as I usually buy that elsewhere but I assume it would be similar to they rest of the store) They have a healthy foods/organic section with a cooler stocking various coconut/oat/almond milks/creamers and other dairy free options. They usually have the best price on stuff like ensure or boost which is almost always on sale, get coupons from ensure and save $3 more on each 6pack. They make freshly baked goods, daily in-store along with the cooked chickens/wedges etc. There’s a butcher there with fresh fillets(haven’t tried any). Produce section has freshly made salads which are excellent. Even have a section with people making sushi rolls! Their chickens are so good and as of today at $13 for a 900G fully cooked rotisserie bbq chicken(not spicy or peppery at all) you can’t go wrong! Keep up the great work everyone. Oh they have a clean washroom for customers on the main floor. Store is entirely wheelchair accessible :) Almost forgot the wine rack, great service, friendly helpful staff and very accommodating to someone with little to no knowledge on wines besides consuming them!”
“Part time staff could do better in CS. Waiting for me to put everything on the line then asking me to put everything to go checkout at other counter is not a very good experience.”
