The old guy is rude and doesn’t give the energy of someone I want working on my car. Thankfully Conrad only guided me into the shop with attitude, and another nice man worked on my car.

Very friendly staff! Was sent by the penzoil on Lasalle since my drain plug for my oil pan was stripped. These guys got the job done!
