“We had just arrived at our campsite when we realized that none of our three fridges were working. We called around looking for help and first went to Home Depot, where unfortunately we received very poor customer service. We then called Costco, and Josh, the manager, went above and beyond to help us. He had a fridge set aside with our name labeled on it and ready for pickup when we arrived. The staff were also very helpful and assisted us with loading it onto our trailer. After a stressful start to our camping trip, Costco’s excellent customer service made a huge difference.
