“We LOOOOOOOOVE Wild Bird! We mostly go to the one in Ottawa on Bank Street - by my Mom lives in Asheville, NC, so also go there when I'm visiting. Both stores are wonderful - full of all kinds of gifts for birds and squirrels - and humans. And the staff is a blast - so much fun and so knowledgable. We've been going to the one in Ottawa for almost 8 years - and the one in Asheville for three - and could not imagine going anywhere else.”

“Wow! Wow! Wow! Being impressed with this company, its customer service and satisfaction as well as its product. My pup was hard to fit, and Chilly dogs supported me every step of the way and even sending other sizes at no charge so I could compare to ensure I had the perfect for my dog. Miley looks great, is finally warm and has a jacket that protects her from the elements but allows her to have freedoms of movement. Well worth every cent. Thank you!!”

“I went shopping for my baby boy Luna (a cat) and when the gentleman that works there overheard me speaking with another employee about it being Lunas 1st birthday he gave me a special treat for free as a birthday gift! Everytime I go there the staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. I absolutely love this location. They recently moved their store from a smaller space to a larger new space. It's still located at Elmvale mall. The new store is beautiful with much more variety now that the space is bigger. I highly recommend it ❣?❣”

“Went to this pet smart today and there was a Royal Canin rep there. Asian girl named Dim I think. She was absolutely excellent. I learned so much about nutrition. She gave me very detailed advice about how to approach modifying a diet for a cat with diarrhea. Very enthusiastic and passionate about animals!”
