“Amazing experience, just like everyone said. I forgot to ask the staff member’s name, but the staff who helped me on Jan 2nd was incredibly helpful. I called before going to get my hamster, and he made sure I had everything prepared. He mentioned that dwarf hamsters need extra sand baths.
When I arrived at the store, the staff helped me pick my very first hamster and even let me hold them (which I wasn’t expecting because I was afraid the hamster might bite me), but it turned out really well.
The staff really seemed to care about the pets. When I mentioned I wanted to buy extra food, they told me I needed to buy food specifically for dwarf hamsters, also they love bok choy.
Overall, it was a great experience! My hamster has been home for a week now and runs on his wheel every night for over 4 km!”
“Last night I went in to this location for the first time as I'm in the area for a work trip. I was looking for food for my pets & a new dog crate -- I was prepared on just finding everything myself but the two young ladies working the cash were so eager to help, knowledgeable and personable! “We really like this store. First time putting out a bird feeder this winter so we tried their cayenne bells. The squirrels want nothing to do with it. But its been a total cardinal and chickadee party!
Its exciting to see them always coming and going throughout the day. Sorry for the poor image quality but there's lots of zoom.
The store staff knowledge is like they a PhD in bird biology.

“I bought a coat for my dog 7 years ago and it’s still going strong! She’s 65lbs and on the long and lean side - the Chilly Dogs coat fits her perfectly. She’s a senior now so I’m trying to buy her pyjamas for the winter and this was the first place I looked haha, thought I’d finally leave a review :)”

“We absolutely love Cats Paradise! The staff are incredibly kind, caring, and friendly, and it's clear how much they genuinely love the cats in their care.
Our cat, Willow, absolutely loves staying there, especially the cat park and all the opportunities to explore and play. It's such a comfort knowing she's happy and enjoying herself while we're away.
The care and attention they provide give us complete peace of mind. We always feel confident that Willow is safe, loved, and very well looked after. We highly recommend Cats Paradise to anyone looking for a wonderful place to board their cat!

The two individuals who were working were both extremely helpful, answered a lot of questions, and offered to look at the other stores to help us find correct sizing. It was nice to see such great service and a genuine desire to help customers, especially at this busy time of year. “I was initially hesitant to go to this location, based on the previous reviews. However, 5 stars is not NEARLY enough to express the awesomeness that is Diego, the current store manager! Right from the door open, he was kind, friendly, and had a fantastic energy! He answered my question with a solid amount of knowledge, and we even exchange a bit of social conversation! It's rare in today's climate to find a genuine good soul working retail, and this man is a credit to this Franchise. I'll definitely go back!”

“I brought my puppy in for his first appointment today, and it was also my first visit. Keyshanna was absolutely fantastic. She was so great with Mack, answered all of my questions, and made us both feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. Everything was clear, quick, and professional. Her kindness and genuine care really stood out, and she made what could have been a stressful first visit a great experience. Easily a 10/10 customer service experience. Highly recommend!”
