You guys kept charging my bank account every two weeks with no issues, then suddenly canceled my membership and claimed my banking info wasn’t in their system anymore. I gave them all my bank details again, tried to fix it — but they told me I had to pay the joining fee all over again.
I emailed them and they replied with “this is management’s decision, we can’t do anything.” I followed up multiple times, but no one ever got back to me.
Honestly, very disappointing. No support, no proper help

Since I wasn't happy with highway 8 location. I made an effort to drive a bit far to this location. First thing that throws me off is the fact that it's inside superstore. I wouldn't say it's busy but it's not quite either. It's very small location and limited machines as well. There's ONLY ONE cable machine and it's been taken for over an hour because someone did her full workout there. There's only one abduction and leg press machine too which is obviously taken as well. Overall it's alright for me, but ngl that'll be my first and last visit.

Clean and quiet!! Never have to wait for a machine, employees are very friendly and helpful for a new gym goer like me! Love going here :)

This is my absolute favorite fit4less location. You can get on any machine you want and its super clean. I love working out here. I'm hoping they open more fit4less maybe one on the mountain.

Great gym. I've been to multiple over the years and for serious, good pricing and clean equipment Fit4Less gets it right.
The staff are great. Sincerely great. They're always ensuring the place is clean and customer service is kept up.
Bravo.
I have recommended Fit4Less to 4 people in the last week and all have joined and are happy about the facilities and services.

@pam, at least 30% of machines are always broken and stay like that for months. The men's change room and the washroom are not kept properly clean and the lockers are constantly dirty inside.
A big issue is that a lot of people sit on the machines and spend a lot of time just using their phones, not the machines. Please put signs asking not to use the phones while using a machine.
