“I want to give some praise to Susan and the team at the Canadian Tire service centre. With the extreme code we have been I want to commend Susan and the team at the Canadian Tire service centre. Due to the extreme weather conditions we've been facing, I was unable to close the door on my minivan. After discussing the issue with her, a mechanic and a colleague recommended applying WD-40 to specific areas. I followed their guidance, and the door closed properly.

“We always get our Christmas tree there. They have trees for tots so they will pick up the tree and 15 dollars goes to a charity. The young man is sp patient and helpful. My son is in a wheelchair and every year he looks forward to getting the perfect tree, not too tall, not too skinny, not crooked,evenly distributed. He had so much patience and it was bloody cold.”
“The Walmart Guelph location offers a wide range of products, from groceries to household items, usually at good prices. The store is spacious and generally well organized, making it easy to find what you need. Staff can get busy, but most are friendly and willing to help when available. Checkout lines move at a decent pace, and the self-checkout area is convenient. Overall, a solid place for shopping in Guelph.”

“I would like to share my experience with Anu at the Walmart located at 175 Stone Rd W in Guelph (Transaction #02923). I visited the store this afternoon during a very busy time and was feeling quite rushed and frazzled because I couldn't find the soap bars. Despite how busy it was, Anu stopped what she was doing and personally walked me to the exact aisle and location to help me find them.
It is rare to find this level of exceptional customer service and genuine care in workers today. I was very impressed with her professionalism and kindness. I truly hope Walmart has a program to recognize outstanding employees like Anu, as she definitely deserves it. Thank you, Anu, for making a stressful shopping trip so much easier!”

“This is my first time in this store. I noticed that they have a nice selection of items for bathroom, kitchen, living room, front and back entrances, hallways, etc.
They sell carpets, mirrors, lamps, wall clocks, bathtowels, bathrobes, coasters, etc..
This store has carts to put our items in.
We have to line up to be served. They do have at least 10 cashiers. There were only two cashiers when I was there. The lady who served me was very nice and helpful. I brought my own bags. But they do sell bags if you need them.
Inside this store, they do have Washrooms with Wheelchair Accessible Entrances.
They are well organized and room to walk around. They do accept cash, credit, and debit. This store is inside the Stone Road Mall.
They do have doors to go in and out of the store from the parking lot. The carts are on the right side when you leave, and when you come in, the carts are on the left side. They do have the same entrance and exit to go in and out to the mall. It's a fair size store.
They do have Wheelchair Accessible Entrances from the parking lot and inside the mall. They do have free parking with Wheelchair Accessible Parking Lots.”
