“Edit - After being contacted by Gerrie Electric they apologized and spoke to the fellow behind the service counter, he seems to be happier to help and always says hello now!Always miserable counter service from the one gentleman, when we were served by the younger lady she had a great attitude and was always happy to help, but 9 times out of 10 we're greeted with a guy who always makes it seem like he's doing us a favour to serve us, never says hi, never makes eye contact, not ONE friendly thing has ever come out of his mouth. No goodbye, no have a great day, just silence.Edit: I appreciate your response and am glad to hear something will be done!”

The guy at the counter was new, but had great support from the other staff, I wish I knew her name but the counter lady was very knowledgeable and helpful.
The parts monkey in the back was extremely helpful, I think his name was Mike.
Coffee machine was an awesome touch.

“It’s a small Rona, but staff were friendly and helpful the day I visited. The store is clean and seems well organized. Pickup loading area in the back is easy to access and has lots of signage to get you to the right spot.”
“I got an item placed on hold and went the same day to pick it up. The product I was getting was missing a piece from it but didn't require it. The ladies I dealt with were super nice and didn't pressure me to get it. I told them I still wanted it and they gave me a discount for the missing piece and just helped so much with everything. Very friendly. I would definitely go back to this location.”
