“Edit - After being contacted by Gerrie Electric they apologized and spoke to the fellow behind the service counter, he seems to be happier to help and always says hello now!Always miserable counter service from the one gentleman, when we were served by the younger lady she had a great attitude and was always happy to help, but 9 times out of 10 we're greeted with a guy who always makes it seem like he's doing us a favour to serve us, never says hi, never makes eye contact, not ONE friendly thing has ever come out of his mouth. No goodbye, no have a great day, just silence.Edit: I appreciate your response and am glad to hear something will be done!”

“My parents had purchased a beautiful custom vanity/sink combination with very nice faucets about 20 years ago. The hot water faucet just finally started to drip after all this time. I had looked everywhere for a matching cartridge, but no luck. I took the chance and stopped in to Crown to see if they could help out. All I had to do was show them a picture of the faucet, and he knew what cartridge to order. And gave some pointers on cleaning the old cartridge to make it last until the new one came in. And when it arrived a week or so later, I was told no charge. I had seen this in the past with standard Moen cartridges, but this was a much more expensive unit. So I greatly appreciated the service and cannot recommend them enough for your future kitchen and bathroom refurbs!”
