Michaels is a popular craft store known for its extensive selection of art supplies, fabric, and various crafting materials, including yarn, frames, and seasonal decor. The Guelph branch offers a wide range of products for creative projects and party planning, such as balloon inflation and gift packaging. Customers have praised the store for its cleanliness and friendly staff, especially in the framing department, where they received excellent help with custom framing and matting options.
However, some shoppers have expressed disappointment with the customer service at the self-checkout area, noting a lack of staff available to assist. While the selection of arts and crafts materials is generally good, some customers have found it challenging to locate specific items and suggested that more staff be hired to improve assistance. Additionally, there are concerns about pricing, with many feeling that items are overpriced and recommending customers use coupons or wait for sales. Despite these issues, Michaels remains a favored destination for those looking to unleash their creativity.
Gotta love good ol' classic Michaels. They were out of white reindeer moss though...that's okay becuase I still love 'em

I needed a frame for a specific print. Fortunately, I found what I was looking for at Micheals. The young lady reassured the print would fit. She even took the time to measure both the frame and print to make sure. What great customer service! Luke helped us check out. He was very friendly and personable 😊
