I love the selection here. The staff are also great. I did wait quite a while for help, but they seemed quite busy. They also honoured online prices in store when in rang up differently which I was extremely greatful for! (I've been buying supplies for my wedding on a budget!)

We always find great deals at Michael's. My only complaint is that it can be hard finding staff to assist with questions or finding something.
