Came into store Monday October 28 around 4pm
Was looking around tried on a few items vas grossed out by all the dust bunnies everywhere. Also fitting rooms has several pieces of clothing laying in them. Not appealing when trying on clothes. Have not see a Penningtons look like this before.

I just did the dreaded bra shop. What an amazing experience. No longer will it be the dreaded bra shop. Sarah made me feel so comfortable and she is patient, kind and knows her stuff. I found exactly what I needed and was in and out of there in minutes. Thank you Sarah!!

I love this store the staff is super friendly. The size you see on the tags is the size that fits perfectly. The only thing I'd say is that the clothes are pricey.

Okay. Ive been trying to buy black shorts for a while now and tried Reitmans and Ricki's next door with no luck. Depending on the brand I might be a large or slightly bigger. So I went into this store to see what sizes they had. Someone came to see me at the front and I was given a once over. Awkward. I asked about their smallest size as they said XL. Okay. I probably won't fit an XL so I said thanks and turned to leave. Then they say: This is a plus sized store. Go somewhere else. I'm sorry but the way it was said made me feel so unwelcome. I can't recommend here.

the girl's working were very helpful i hate shopping especially for bras but with the help of my niece and the staff i was able to find what i needed
