I went to the Guelph location at Stone road mall, and I had a great gal, Harpreet, help me. She did extensive searching for the show that I was after and after much digging around, she found the shoe 👟 I was looking for. She also gave me my discount plus used my points too. Overall, a great experience.

Amazing customer service! Meaghan, the manager, was so helpful and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and really took the time to help. One of the best SoftMoc experiences I’ve had. I will definitely be back!

Hope the ppl who works there gets paid all right , so the service can be upgrade a bit. Products are great and price is good compare to others in the mall . if u can find your shoes and leave that would be the best option.
