“I have been buying my shoes from here for over 20 years, for flats, heels, boots. I find the shoes to be really comfortable and love that they have gone vegan. Having said that, I do find it affects the shoe quality as they don’t seem to be as strong or last as long. I love the different styles they have and especially like the creative heels on their stilettos. They have great end of season sales if you’re willing to wait. The store is always clean and staff are welcoming. I love that I can have the shoes delivered to my house or the store. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star is because of the sales person at my last visit. This store had a long time manager for years, who always recognized me and my daughter and was always happy to see us. At my last visit there was a sales person who looked new and might have possibly been the manager. I ordered my shoes online to be delivered to the store. She went to the back, got the shoes and passed me the box. When went to try on one of the heels, the loop hole on the strap just fell right off. When I took them to her to show her, she asked if I had pulled on them and I was clear they came out of the box like that. She got me another pair but I was not impressed with her approach. Other than that one time, customer service has always been great.”

“I purchased 2 pairs of shoes here 2 days ago. I was in a rush and trying several pairs of shoes on, going back and forth, and not making up my mind. The store Manager was absolutely amazing. He put shoes away while I tried on other pairs, he found me sizes. He was kind, patient, and his level of customer service was beyond. I actually didn't even realize it was the Store Manager because he was on the floor interacting with everyone and being so helpful. When I went to pay I saw his name tag and noticed his title. Wonderful human, great experience. Highly recommend this store.”

Last month, Foot Locker Inc. reopened its flagship store at 112 W 34th St. in New York City, as part of new retail plans. The store introduced "Home Court," a basketball-focused shopping area created with Nike and Jordan Brand. The updated store offers a basketball-themed shopping experience. It combines customer service with the newest products for use on and off the court from several brands.
