“This store is outstanding…there’s a reason I keep coming back here. I wanted some very hard to find boots…I was very particular on what I wanted…if I was spending $500.00 on work boots, well, I want what I want. Lol. I contacted the store, and spoke with the assistant Manager, Hailee , and she assured me she would find what I needed. Within 2 days, there they were…at the store. This young lady was a pleasure to work with…I hope she is appreciated for how great she is…I will definitely be back again, and will send everyone I know to the Guelph location. Hailee rocks!!!!!!!”

“I found two cute tops today, but unfortunately one of them had a stain on it, but Mackenzie let me know that I could take it home and wash it. Ask for the cashier to write on the receipt if need be. So I brought my items to Madison and she was very kind and helpful and wrote on the receipt. I washed the tops and the stain is gone! Thank you ladies so much. (:”

Never had a hard time finding things I liked in my size, and can honestly say the owners really chose each style with a lot of thought and care never comprising on practicality and always ahead of the fashion curve. “If you want exceptional customer service and best knowledge and recommendations for shoes go see Madison Assistant Manager. I was over charged for shoes at Shoe Company at Heartland Town Center by there mistake and so I came to Shoe Company in Guelph and advised Madison of the issue. She took complete ownership of the mistake even though she was not responsible for it, and provided amazing customer service and found me the shoes I required.
