CAUTION: Do not accept endorsed cheques because you cannot get the cash for them. I learned today from the bank manager that TD will not allow me to deposit a cheque made out to my wife (endorsed by her) into my account, despite being told on my last visit by the teller that I needed to have my wife endorse the cheque. Smugly, as I left...in front of her staff the manager told me "to have a nice day".

Worst Service. The manager was very rude and messed up my draft deposit twice , and didn't even bother to apologize.

Poor branch , staff was undertrainied and very inexperienced in daily banking aswell as TD's own banking policies, tasks.. or how to complete them.Spoke to manager ?, equally as incompetent & paint the picture as to why this is my least favorite branch with that absolute weapon as a leader . I have changed banks since to BMO.

I had the WORST experience ever. I was assigned to Ida twice. And both times she was dismissive and not personable at all. I didn’t feel comfortable at all with her managing my account, I felt like she lacked basic understanding at times regarding the details of my account and just came off very fake in the interactions. She was supposed to get back to me about my file and I hadn’t heard from her in over two weeks, it wasn’t until I finally called her that I found out the updates and the status that it didn’t go through. She wasn’t supportive in any way but was very dismissive and I felt extremely disrespected by her. So not only did I have to hear disappointing news after weeks of no word from her, I also did not receive any kind of help or advice of any kind from her.

I deal with all 5 of the big banks in Canada and have been with TD the longest. Over time TD policies have become so inflexible it has repeatedly caused issues while trying to complete transactions in a reasonable timeframe or are unnecessarily burdensome. I will be moving my accounts, mortgages and investments away from this institution. Very poor customer service.

We had an appointment, the lady that helped us was very friendly and helpful. Their service broke down and they were not able to print out documents for me to sign. Shame on their service. Considering changing banks. Don't expect to have a smooth appointment if you go there. Prepare for detours or don't go.

Been with TD for 24 years. This location has never been good to deal with. The customer service is the consistently sub par. Will be trying out some other bank in very near future.
