“Edit - After being contacted by Gerrie Electric they apologized and spoke to the fellow behind the service counter, he seems to be happier to help and always says hello now!Always miserable counter service from the one gentleman, when we were served by the younger lady she had a great attitude and was always happy to help, but 9 times out of 10 we're greeted with a guy who always makes it seem like he's doing us a favour to serve us, never says hi, never makes eye contact, not ONE friendly thing has ever come out of his mouth. No goodbye, no have a great day, just silence.Edit: I appreciate your response and am glad to hear something will be done!”

“Shopping is intended to be a consumer grab experience. I stepped into Guelph Costco, a relatively new location and found limited line up at entrance (3 patrons) and limited line up out (1 patron). Again, the way the shopping experience should me. If you have gotten sick of the Toronto congestion of cramming bodies into a warehouse, then come and move out to the Tricity and Guelph area because that does not exist. This costco location is located on the outer fringe of Guelph, it is about 15min from the Stone Road Mall and University of Guelph Campus by car. The folks are very kind and obviously no samples during pandemic, sadden they werent even giving prepackaged take away samples -as what was done at the start of pandemic. It's been maybe 1-2 years since I've been to this location just because the kitchener location with no gas station is closer for me. And I have been missing out as self check out now exist!!!! Me, a single living female who always grabs the 6 odd items (or whatever I can carry without grabbing a cart) is always lining up being the COVID Hauler. Occasionally some patrons are nice enough to let me fast pass them because of my small item count, which is very generous (thank you nice people who do that). So now with Self Checkout, I dont need to embarrassingly accept the generosity of patrons and line up for my low item count. Thank you Costco :) I might have to come by this location more often :)”
