I experienced a little hiccup there regarding changing from summer towinter tires on my two SUVs The error was minor and totally understandable. The issue isn't the minor error. The issue is how much and how far Kal Tire went to make sure I was happy with their solution. Outstanding! Kal Tire in New Liskeard will definitely remain the tire shop of my choice. Bravo! She and the team were on top of status updates for me, ensuring my insurance stayed on the ball and did their best to ensure I had my car back by a deadline I needed for a non-reschedule-able trip. My car looked amazing when it was done! You'd never know there was damage, if you didn't before it went in! They also fixed my rear bumper after my car was damaged by a hit and run driver a few years ago and the service and quality of work was just as fantastic then as well.”
