I experienced a little hiccup there regarding changing from summer towinter tires on my two SUVs The error was minor and totally understandable. The issue isn't the minor error. The issue is how much and how far Kal Tire went to make sure I was happy with their solution. Outstanding! Kal Tire in New Liskeard will definitely remain the tire shop of my choice. Bravo!
