“I had such an amazing first time experience here yesterday. I was looking for some bags that were not in other stores and sold out online. I found them here in a couple of colours. They were set aside for me, I was sent some photos to ensure those were the correct ones, and I ended up getting them both. They are my favourite bags, so I was so happy to get them as they are being discontinued. Customer service was amazing ,and I loved that someone answered the phone every time, right away, and even before store opening. I also love that this outlet is not like some outlets where there is a different cheaper product made, it is just older items from the regular stores.”
