Jessica Yan gladly put the dress on hold for me and when I went to pick up the, Jess assisted me in trying on the black off shoulder maxi dress, Jess even helped me find the right earrings that goes with the dress. Jess is a "gem", such a wonderful experience shopping at O+F Markville. The store is very clean and clothes are neatly arranged, the merchandise are beautiful and reasonably priced. The Manager and sales staff are very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. Will be back for sure. Thanks Jess.”

    “I wish to express my heartfelt thanks to your two exceptional staff members, Bradley and Karla, who helped my mother recover her heirloom jade bracelet that was accidentally left in the dressing room. She was devastated when she realized it was missing—nearly four hours had passed—and she rushed back to the store hoping it might still be there. Bradley was incredibly kind and helpful. He checked with all the sales personnel, and Karla let him know that she had found the bracelet in the fitting room and safely placed it in the drawer. When Bradley returned with the bracelet, my mother was overwhelmed with relief. Thank you to you and your staff for your honesty, professionalism, and compassion. It truly made a world of difference.”
