“Acton home hardware is the best and friendly place to buy home improvement stuff. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. We bought snow blower from here. I was facing lots of issues as I moved first time to a detached house from an apartment. Owner himself came and fixed up snow blower for me .

“Went to Rona for the first time for shopping. It was great experience. My car was getting out weight because of load of concrete , Peter and Justin suggested me to make 2 trips so that car does not get impacted.
It might have increased their work a bit , but still they helped me . I am surprised by some bad comments and reviews of Rona . For me , it was great experience .

“Today, I had the best customer experience at the store. I’m 33 weeks pregnant and came to the store for an outdoor umbrella. Sam promptly received me in the patio furniture section and helped me find everything I needed. When I asked about the weight of some items I was purchasing, he immediately said that they were heavy but that he would help me load them into my car. As an expectant mother, it was more than I expected and went far beyond the customer service we usually see around. Please recognize Sam for his exceptional costumer service.”
