“One of the better Cols stores I’ve been to! Love the selection and found things I’ve never seen before in other Chapters stores.However, a staff member who was working there the first time I made a visit really ruined the store for me . During a routine return she treated me in a condescending/power trippy way which I found strange because I have never been treated with disrespect in a Coles/Chapters store by a staff member. They are some of the most friendly retail workers out there.Regardless of my experience with this particular staff member, I would definitely suggest this location to anybody in the Hamilton area!”

I love visiting the tables in the middle of the store because it has really cool items you won't find anywhere else. Definitely rated 5 star if I could rate it 10 I would.”
