“I had a very pleasant shopping experience here this past Sunday. I was looking for specific items I saw online and a very nice sales lady (name started with an S) helped me find them, got my change room together, switched out the sizes I needed and even provided feedback on which items looked better than others. I try to avoid shopping in person due to poor customer service you find in most stores these days, but not here. I really felt this sales lady went the extra mile. Also, the lady checking me out at the cash did an excellent job explaining the dynamite app and how to earn points to get discounts on future purchases. I look forward to shopping at this location in the future:)”
“I needed a dress for an upcoming wedding, and Blackbird had a ton of amazing options to choose from. I am a not a big fan of shopping, but Lynn helped me choose the perfect dress. And there is at least one more that I have my eye on - I’m sure I will be back again soon. I highly recommend checking them out.”

“I was there helping my neighbour return a few items and exchange them for the correct size. She is seeing impaired and did not have her bill. However, the 2 staff members , one who had served her the previous day, was very helpful in making the necessary adjustment. They handled the transaction with such kindness and concern , that I'm sorry I did not get their names to contact their manager and say how much my neighbour appreciated their help.”
“I have been at this store so many times before but today (Aug19th) around 3:30sh I went to purchase something and I have never felt so Welcomed like this as today. What a great vibes the people have who are working there?.From the moment you walk in the door until you leave they are so this people treats you like a Gold. MARIAM was the one who helped me and she was a real pleasure. She was not pushy and had a good eye for detail. JOHNSON was so great helping me to choose the best thing to buy. “I visited this Garage location last week and had a wonderful experience. I went in looking to get a second pair of Garage’s sweatpants in another colour but I had removed the tag so I was unsure what the style of pant was. I explained this to a sales person working that day and she quickly pointed me in the right direction after identifying that I was wearing the ‘Boyfriend’ style sweat. I was very impressed by the knowledge of the sales people in the store and with have quickly they assisted me. The dressing room staff was also very helpful while I looked at different size options. The professionalism and kindness experienced during this shopping trip was great. I will be shopping there in the future.”
“So I came to west 49 last weekend with my boys for some new clothes. The two women that were working that day was amazing. Helped me with my sons picking out stuff and had some good laughs. I would definitely recommend this west 49 for your kids to go to. The workers are just very down to earth genuine nice people, and always have a smile on their face and love to make jokes and just see how people Cesar I miss West 49 back in the day. “Eddie Bauer is a great clothing store for men and women. Their clothing is quality and is a true fit. Their 60 day return policy is good.
We order online, knowing we can either return an item by mail, or bring it to a local Eddie Bauer store, for the return. This policy keeps us coming back often to purchase more of their clothing and accessories.”
