“This store has a lot of great finds! From clothes to wallets to beautiful embroidered tea towels to shoes etc etc etc. Canadian made stuff too. The staff is really friendly and helpful.
I visited today and they only one left of the item i wanted and it was part of their window display. They had no problem getting it out for me. This is a fun store to check out and browse around in. Lots of nice gift items!”
“Came into the store today looking to purchase a work style jacket. I was met by Franco who took me through some of the product line in the store. He patiently explained a number of key features of different jackets. I settled on a hooded carhartt jacket and I'm very happy with my purchase.

“It's crazy how well Hot Topic pivoted but also didn't in the changing pop culture landscape. From what i understand it was primarily where you bought your favourite band shirts and goth / punk / grunge adjacent apparel. THEN it became the one stop shop for everything Gir and video game merch. Then anime. Now its kind of a mix of all that plus some internet properties and what remains of Cartoon Network and Adult Swim, with a bit of that bubblegum goth estetic, a la, Sanrio.
...anyway, that's just my observation. If you want pop culture merch and clothes, its eithor here, or EB Games, Sunrise Records, Conspiracy Comics, and the HMV section of the remaining Toys R Us store.

“So I came to west 49 last weekend with my boys for some new clothes. The two women that were working that day was amazing. Helped me with my sons picking out stuff and had some good laughs. I would definitely recommend this west 49 for your kids to go to. The workers are just very down to earth genuine nice people, and always have a smile on their face and love to make jokes and just see how people Cesar I miss West 49 back in the day. “Hannah was absolutely amazing, I came in stressed looking for my new work uniform and she immediately calmed me with her professional customer skills. She immediately looked for the clothes I needed and helped me decide on the right size. I trusted her judgement and it turned out perfect, not too big and not too small they ended up fitting like a glove. Not only that but while we were cashing out, she recommended amazing stores for me to shop at for other items that RW doesn’t carry like rings etc. all in all what a fantastic human being and worker. But I came in with an issue about a Black Friday online order I made that I was not getting any updates on. They went above and beyond for me to figure things out and I purchased my items in store with no hassle instead. Hard to find customer service these days , especially because at this location I did not have any service in the past. I will for sure be back ! “I had a wonderful shopping experience at the GAP store located in CF Lime Ridge Mall, Hamilton. The store was spacious, neat, and well-organized, making it easy to browse through different sections. I was really impressed with the range of clothing options available for men, women, and kids.. from casual wear to seasonal essentials. The quality of the fabric and the fitting of the clothes were just perfect. What really stood out to me was the customer service. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and happy to assist without being pushy. The checkout was quick, and the staff ensured everything went smoothly. “I just want to say that I feel so bad for the employees at this location right now. They are trying so hard to keep everything tidy, help the customers, and put them through cash.
The customers are so rude to them. They just throw the clothes on the floor and don’t listen to the employees when being told there are no returns. It was very hard for me to not get in the middle of one of the managers and a customer to stick up for the employee. It’s ridiculous. I don’t know how the employees are doing it. I would lose my mind on these customers. Something has to give for these poor employees.”

“I recently purchased 2 pr of mens sz 42 stretch shorts with zipper from pockets . Very comfortable and decent quality. Looking to try their mens pants through online order but want to ensure their comparable to the shorts and the fit as well as returnable. The shorts I have I highly recommend. I am a 79 yr old so judge accordingly.”
