Customers find the prices to be very fair, similar to higher-end supermarkets but often a dollar or so less. The stores are very clean and offer a variety of vegan, gluten-free, and keto options. While the selection of dry goods may be limited, the stores have a good variety of fresh foods, including meat, seafood, and baked goods. Clean store, good quality produce and meats but a bit on the pricier side. Love to shop their sales because it's worth it for the quality.

It's not a bargain grocery store, still has good value, here's a few of my favorite items, the avocado in the paper bag, Betty hamburger and hot dog buns, haddock is fresh and dry not waterlogged, butter tarts, Harvest kale salad, store baked Belgian bread.
