10 years of freedom of customer. It's not even worth to give 1 star. The girl who said she's manager there now she just doesn't show her help.
The lady front of us also couldn't get resolve her issue with her phone.
So shame freedom Service become very bad.
Please educate your manager's customer service skills. You can't just turn back all the customers who took their valuable time to go there and pay for your service.

Went in to get my spouse a new phone. We had been to a different location a few times in a matter of a month two, but couldn’t decide on which phone or the cost. And staff were not helpful other than answer the questions with a short yes/no answers.
Went to the Upper James location and though both employees were busy with customers already, we were acknowledged immediately and were told they’ll be about 5 minutes.
Siri approached us as soon as she was able and listened to what we wanted and showed her the text regarding the back to school offer.
She not only set up my husband’s phone/plan but changed mine too to include the new option of using phone in US/Mexico or up 92 other countries as she heard me saying I was travelling next month.
She was patient, extremely pleasant and experienced.
I returned the next day to upgrade my own phone and was treated just as well, if not better, by Siri. Definitely an asset to Freedom mobile.

Siri and milan were both so fun and kind! Siri helped me and my whole family get new phones as well as plenty of discounts!! She made sure we got the best offers for what we wanted and more! We all had a good laugh in there as they are both very nice people!

I was there to get a new phone. I was not sure what is the best option for me but they took time to give me multiple options and gave me the best deal possible. They made whole process simpler and enjoyable. Siri and Milan are the best
