Customers appreciate the store's clean environment, ample indoor parking with an elevator, and a good selection of items, making it a convenient shopping destination, especially in bad weather. The store offers in-store sale items and a scene point system, which many customers find rewarding. The staff is often praised for their kindness and willingness to assist, such as quickly replacing soft produce or engaging with children to enhance their shopping experience. Customers also mention that they choose to drive across town to shop here for better stock and service.
