H&M receives consistent praise for its friendly, polite, and professional customer service on the sales floor, in the change rooms, and at check out, with staff described as going over and above. The store is noted as great, super clean, and organized with a great selection, great price, and some good deals. However, several frustrations are mentioned. Browsing can be difficult because the clothes on the racks are so smushed together, making it hard to find sizes. The constant beeping from sensors is distracting, and the music can be super loud, even in the kids section. Despite these issues, the service and product offerings are highlighted positively.
