Great friendly customer service on the sales floor, the change rooms and check out. However, it was frustrating browsing. The clothes on the racks are so smushed together. It was difficult to find my size, especially while already holding several items. I found some good deals though

I am writing to bring to your attention a distressing incident that occurred during a recent visit to your store at [CF likeridge mall] on November 28th,2023. I am deeply disappointed by the treatment I received from one of your s supervisors , and I feel compelled to express my concerns.On the aforementioned date, I visited the store to return a jacket that I had purchased. As I approached the returns counter, I was immediately met with suspicion and hostility by a sales associate who proceeded to racially profile me. Despite providing all required information for the return, the associate’s demeanor and treatment towards me were unprofessional and completely unacceptable.Furthermore, when I requested the associate's identification number in order to make a formal complaint, she refused to provide it. This refusal to disclose her identification number only added to my frustration and left me feeling helpless in seeking recourse for the mistreatment I experienced.As a customer of H&M I have always valued the brand’s commitment to diversity and inclusion. However, the behavior of the sales associate I encountered contradicted these values and left a lasting negative impression. Racial profiling and the refusal to provide identifying information are serious matters that should not be tolerated in any professional setting, especially one that represents a well-respected brand like H&M.I am hopeful that H&M takes this matter seriously and conducts a thorough investigation into the incident. I trust that appropriate action will be taken to address the behavior of the sales associate and prevent similar occurrences in the future. I also request that I be informed of the steps taken in response to this complaint.

Popped in to see what there was for my 2YO. My complaint is not primarily about the incredibly misleading marketing advertising incorrect prices, but about the lack of attention from the manager when I asked why I was not charged the marketed price. I've been in retail for over half of my life, 2 decades in management, receiving corporate recognition on multiple occasions - ifa customer wanted to discuss something with me, I would at least stop tasking and give them my attention whether I wanted to or not. This manager did not stop tasking, offered no discussion or solution other than it's head offices fault. And I get it, I really do. I've done it for many years, dealing with inadequate and misworded, misleading marketing. This managers demeanor and lack of care or interest will prevent me from shopping there again, and I plan to return my purchase after a lot of thought. I can understand that behaviour from a PT employee, but from a manager, I believe it is unacceptable. If I were a district manager and I knew how my manager was speaking to people and handling unsatisfied customers, I would be appalled.

I wasn't really into a lot of the clothes they were selling there it didn't really scream me but everybody was very kind in there asking if I had found what I was looking for and said if I needed any help don't hesitate to ask so if you're into buying the clothes that they sell there I would definitely go there because they were very kind

The music at 10am was super loud. I don't mind some good music but it was so loud in the kids section I don't know how anyone brings their kids to shop. Which is a shame because the clothes are great here for kids. Otherwise it was super clean and organized. Great selection and price.

I just want to give a shout out to Enrique ( younger with braces ) !! Never have I had such great service at h and m. I came to return /exchange some items and he was so beyond pleasant. It was simple and easy to deal with him ! The world needs more of his enthusiasm and kindness ! Even the younger girl who was in fits was super pleasant as well! Kudos to you both ! You make in person shopping a pleasure !

Tried returning something that I bought a while ago, apparently it was a final sale but this was never communicated to me. Manager was very impatient and treated me with an aggressive tone. Poor customer service. Not happy with my experience whatsoever

Update to the original review and it gets worstHead Office Customer service sends a coupon for 25% on my next purchase This is not a solution to my original order They also say they will send the info to the store but no response from themWe are now Dec, 2 months later and had to call back, now I’m told they can’t do anything else for me I’m past my 30 daysNO WONDER WE GET TREATED BADLY IN STORES WHEN WE DON’T GET PROPER SERVICE FROM HEAD OFFICE CUSTOMER SERVICEShane on you H&MWhat is customer service?Maybe we need some coaching!My first experience was when I went a month ago, I purchased some merchandise without anyone greeting or any type of service. I got to the cash the cashier was pleasant. I was told if I become a member I would get a 15% discount it seems I’m not the only one, no internet service/data that works in the store My friend even went out the store and it didn’t work. I was told to come back and try again on my next visit to receive my discountWell today was the day I waited about 15 min in line, because it seems people were having the same issue of accessing their discounts This seems to be an ongoing problem Now it’s my turn and the cashier ask me not once not twice, but 3 times if I was purchasing as I was trying to access the H&M site and said no as I stated I’m looking for a discount I never received, and today it’s actually 25% off. (Note I waited patiently in line). Finally I’m set up and ready to receive my discount, but told she needs to scan the merchandise and the store is closing and there’s no time.I asked for the manager who wouldn’t even give me her first name I finally found out she was not the store manager again she wouldn’t give even her first name. She advised me that the store is closed, and I need the merchandise, which by the way I shouldn’t have to provide, but did have the merchandise in my vehicle, which was just out the mall doors. If I actually didn’t have to wait in line I could of just ran out, but she tells me sorry we’re closing and I can come back tomorrow Wow!I wonder who’s going to pay for my gas and my time?Now it’s time to let others know how they don’t appreciate their customersPS.1. They were still serving customers in line after I left. Was the store really closed?2 They were asking other customers in line if they can use their discount code for the customers at the cash that wasn’t working.

Our experience is always positive whenever we visit this store. It's a typical H&M with a decent amount of collections for men, women, and kids. They maintain their quality and craftsmanship in their products. They also have latest fashion or style clothings. The price is not too high compared to other retailers. The staffs are nice and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place.

Don/Dom? Was as helpful as he could be, especially since he was put in the kids section, where he said he doesn’t usually work. Although he didn’t know where a product was, he immediately asked his manager for help. Unfortunately the manager couldn’t be bother to help and we were unable to find the product, this is why I’m only giving 4 Stars but Don deserves 5! He was great!

Employee in the fitting room was very sweet and complimented the dress I tried on. The store could be cleaner and wish there were more dresses since it’s wedding season
