“Mike from “Hamilton” location went above and beyond for me. I’m not one to complain but I purchase a lot in the store especially at Christmas time. I shop at Stoneroad mall location but I was in Hamilton making a purchase and inquired about a sweater I purchased at Christmas time in another location that was balling after two uses. I wasn’t very happy when I asked the sales rep “Stoneroad” mall location what can be done. I was told nothing can be done as all tags were off of the item. Of course they’d be removed my husband wanted to wear it. This is only two weeks after Christmas.
After I made my purchase “Hamilton Location” I went home. The following day I received a call from Mike letting me know that he called and spoke to the Manager at Stoneroad Mall “James” and explain my plite. This is going above and beyond for a customer with a simple question of complaint about service and quality of an item. He told me Strauss wants great repore with their customers. Well, my hats are off to this exceptional employee. This guy knows how to make customers satisfied. I will let you know how it goes with the Stoneroad Mall location.”
“Came into the store today looking to purchase a work style jacket. I was met by Franco who took me through some of the product line in the store. He patiently explained a number of key features of different jackets. I settled on a hooded carhartt jacket and I'm very happy with my purchase.

“Hannah was absolutely amazing, I came in stressed looking for my new work uniform and she immediately calmed me with her professional customer skills. She immediately looked for the clothes I needed and helped me decide on the right size. I trusted her judgement and it turned out perfect, not too big and not too small they ended up fitting like a glove. Not only that but while we were cashing out, she recommended amazing stores for me to shop at for other items that RW doesn’t carry like rings etc. all in all what a fantastic human being and worker. “I just want to say that I feel so bad for the employees at this location right now. They are trying so hard to keep everything tidy, help the customers, and put them through cash.
The customers are so rude to them. They just throw the clothes on the floor and don’t listen to the employees when being told there are no returns. It was very hard for me to not get in the middle of one of the managers and a customer to stick up for the employee. It’s ridiculous. I don’t know how the employees are doing it. I would lose my mind on these customers. Something has to give for these poor employees.”
“I recently purchased 2 pr of mens sz 42 stretch shorts with zipper from pockets . Very comfortable and decent quality. Looking to try their mens pants through online order but want to ensure their comparable to the shorts and the fit as well as returnable. The shorts I have I highly recommend. I am a 79 yr old so judge accordingly.”
“My family and I always shop at this bluenotes and have never ever had any issues. The staff are always friendly and always help when asked, i’ve even seen people try and use their rod to get stuff down and the staff have basically ran to help them so they don’t hurt themselves or others all because they didn’t want to ask for help.
