Think these non-bulky sweaters with full zipper and front pockets are exactly what we have been looking for - fussy but knows what he likes and wants. Hoping he agrees with (he was not with us). “Went to this location for the first time and was impressed with the amazing customer service of the two staff and the manager Akira. I have been a Levi's customer for decades, buying all my Levi's jeans from Levi's stores (the non-outlet stores) and I am yet to encounter someone so knowledgeable and so passionate about Levi's products, the fabric and the history of Levi's, as much Akira. I learned so much from him and I now know that I won't buy any other jeans than Levi's jeans. Akira explained everything without trying to be pushy or salesperson like. Levi's company, if you are reading this: you should get staff like Akira, to train your other staff. As a customer, I will go back to this location because he and his staff provide honest opinion.”

“The associates here were super helpful when I was looking for a coat. I found a coat I liked but I wanted it in black. They looked in their stockroom and brought out a similar one in black that I liked, only it wasn’t as warm. Then they brought out a black parka from the back that I really liked and ended up buying. The staff here was super nice and helpful.”
